As a teacher who is on her feet 95% of the day, I was able to wear them the whole school day. I was able to run in them at recess when playing soccer with students. I was able to complete daily teaching activities (i.e. walking around the classroom, climbing up and down on the stage, going up and down stairs, working carline at dismissal). 10/10 recommend
